Terma & Syarat.

1. Purpose of the Microsite

This Microsite is a temporary pre-launch platform intended to introduce the forthcoming Sazali Samad Official Digital Home, allow supporters to register their interest, enable authorised updates, and provide information about the upcoming launch.

The Microsite is not currently intended to provide the full functionality of the future Digital Home. Features, content and services available through the eventual full Digital Home may be subject to separate terms.

2. Registration and Information Provided by You

You may be invited to provide your email address, mobile telephone or WhatsApp number, and information made available through an authorised third-party sign-in service such as Google.

You agree that information submitted by you should be accurate and not deliberately false, misleading or submitted on behalf of another person without authority.

You are not required to register merely to view the publicly accessible portions of the Microsite. Contact information is required if you wish to receive authorised communications.

3. Sazali Samad Communications

Where you register and provide the relevant consent, Sazali Samad may communicate with you by email, WhatsApp, mobile messaging and other authorised channels appropriate to the contact information provided.

Communications may include launch information, his story and achievements, gym and fitness content, membership offers, events, programmes, community initiatives and other Sazali Samad developments.

You may withdraw consent at any time using an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting legal@sazalisamad.my. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

4. Google and Other Third-Party Services

The Microsite may allow you to use third-party services, including Google sign-in. If you choose to use one, that service may process information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Sazali Samad is not responsible for the independent practices, systems or policies of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Microsite:

• for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
• to compromise the security or operation of the Microsite;
• to introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology;
• to attempt unauthorised access to servers, databases, accounts or systems;
• to extract data through unauthorised automated means;
• to impersonate another person or organisation;
• to submit another person's personal information without appropriate authority; or
• in a manner that may damage the reputation, rights or legitimate interests of Sazali Samad or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with the Microsite—including the Sazali Samad name, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, copy, videos, branding, layouts and other original content—is owned by, licensed to, or used with the authority of Sazali Samad and/or the relevant rights holders.

No part of the Microsite may be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

7. Pre-Launch Information

Information presented on this Microsite concerns a project under development. Designs, features, launch dates, schedules and content may change, and pre-launch information is not a guarantee that a particular feature or service will appear in the final Digital Home.

We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue any portion of the Microsite at any time.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Microsite available and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security requirements, hosting interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer

The Microsite and its content are provided for general information and pre-launch communication purposes. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.

Nothing on this Microsite constitutes professional, medical, fitness, financial, legal or other specialist advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sazali Samad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from your use of, or inability to access, this pre-launch Microsite.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Malaysian law.

11. Links and External Platforms

The Microsite may contain links or connections to third-party websites, applications or communication platforms. These platforms operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy notices and security practices.

12. Personal Data

Personal data submitted through or collected in connection with the Microsite will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable Malaysian law. The Privacy Notice forms an important part of your use of the registration functionality.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be amended from time to time to reflect changes to the Microsite, its functionality, legal requirements or our operations. The latest version will be made available through the Microsite with its effective or updated date.

Your continued use of the Microsite after an updated version is published constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Microsite shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
